1. Scope of the terms and conditions of use These terms and conditions of use govern the use made of the Website by internet users when accessing, visiting, browsing, creating an account, placing orders or more generally using the Website (hereinafter referred to as "User(s)"). By browsing the Website and carrying out actions on it, the User acknowledges that they have read these terms and conditions of use and accepts them unreservedly. PASCALE MONVOISIN reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of use at any time. These terms and conditions of use are complemented by the Personal Data Protection Policy, the Cookie management tool, and the Website terms and conditions of sale. Website Users may view these documents at any time by clicking on the links at the bottom of each page on the Website and printing them if required.

Access to the website The User is personally responsible for implementing the computing, technical, network and telecommunication resources required in order to access the Website as well as the expertise required in order to use the Internet and access the Website. The User is responsible for the connection and equipment costs associated with accessing the Internet and using the Website. The User accesses and uses the Website at their own risk and peril. These login details, particularly the password, are personal and confidential. The User is solely responsible for their use, such that any connection to their Customer Account will be presumed to be made by the User. In the event of a password being lost or stolen, or even suspected to have been lost or stolen, the User should immediately create a new password by clicking on "forgotten your password?" in the "login" space, or alert PASCALE MONVOISIN if this is not possible.

5. User behaviour Each User undertakes to use the Website, including their Customer Account, in a responsible, respectful and courteous way towards third parties and PASCALE MONVOISIN.
