DELIVERY

Delivery is free for all orders dispatched in France and abroad.

Delivery lead times are provided for information only. Please note that, during busy periods or particular social circumstances, this lead time may be extended to 72 working hours. Products are dispatched from Monday to Friday only.

COURIER (within Paris city limits only) : 0.5 to 1 working day
PICK-UP FROM THE PARIS STORE : 0.5 to 1 working day
DHL mainland France :1 to 2 working days
DHL Europe : 2 to 4 working days
DHL Worldwide/Export : 4 to 7 working days

All items are available for dispatch except for pre-ordered items. Customers with pre-ordered items will be added to a priority waiting list. All pre-ordered items will be given an estimated dispatch date, indicating the date when the item will be dispatched, it being specified that these items may be delivered before or after the date indicated.


Fees and taxes:

For orders shipped outside the EU zone, the products are now shipped on the basis of the delivered duty paid. This means that any import tax or customs fees payable will be included in the price of the article displayed on the Site provided that the customer chooses the currency recommended for his country of delivery: the Dollar except for the United Kingdom: The Pound Sterling.

For orders to Switzerland and Dom-Tom : prices are displayed in Euros excluding French VAT. Import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

ORDERS DISPATCHED WITHIN MAINLAND FRANCE: FREE RETURNS

Pursuant to the provisions of Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer shall be entitled to a withdrawal period of 14 days without having to provide any reason whatsoever.

The 14-day withdrawal period commences from the date the Customer receives the ordered item.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the Customer will find the withdrawal form attached to their order. The costs for returning orders dispatched within France are covered by the brand.

1 - Go to your account, then to the corresponding order, and select the product(s) you wish to return. 2 - Once your return request has been accepted by our customer service department, affix the DHL Express return shipping label that came with your order to your return and fill in and enclose the return form.  3 - Get your parcel ready, then you can:  - Take your parcel to a DHL drop-off point: find your nearest service point at: https://locator.dhl.com/ by entering your postal address.  - Or schedule collection online by using the information provided on the return shipping label at https://mydhl.express.dhl/ then: select location, schedule a pickup: I already have a shipping label attached to my package, and enter the “WAYBILL” return shipping number.  You will receive an email once your parcel has reached us.  Please note that we will only cover the cost of one return.

Within 14 business days from the moment the Company is informed of the Customer’s decision to exercise a right of withdrawal, the Company shall refund the amount received in payment for the product which is the subject of withdrawal.

The refund period may be extended until the product returned by the Customer has been received and verified. However, it should be noted that any refunds for jewellery may only be made if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The product has not been worn, used, modified or damaged, nor has it undergone any changes that could result in it not being able to be resold as brand new.
  2. The product was not custom-made
  3. The product must be returned in its original packaging together with its invoice


ORDERS DISPATCHED OUTSIDE MAINLAND FRANCE: CHARGEABLE RETURNS

Pursuant to the provisions of Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer shall be entitled to a withdrawal period of 14 days without having to provide any reason whatsoever.

The 14-day withdrawal period commences from the date the Customer receives the ordered item.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the Customer will find the withdrawal form attached to their order. The costs for returning orders shipped outside Mainland France shall be borne by the customer.

Please note: the return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Europe : 15€

Outside Europe : 30€

RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS – AFTER-SALES SERVICE

For defective products, please contact us so we can assist you in the best way possible.

Before sending us the product, the Customer agrees to send an email to sav@pascalemonvoisin.com with a photo of the damaged piece of jewellery accompanied by the invoice and a description of how it was damaged to enable us to assess whether the product is able to be repaired.

The costs, risks and perils of returning merchandise shall be borne by the Customer (it is therefore advisable to declare the value of the merchandise and to take out insurance covering these risks). We strongly recommend returning the merchandise using registered post, well protected to avoid the parcel becoming further damaged.

To avoid paying extra for your shipment, please indicate on the transport provider’s voucher: TEMPORARY RETURN.

Upon receipt of the product, and if the product is able to be repaired or exchanged, “PASCALE MONVOISIN” will send the product back to you within 3 to 5 weeks except in exceptional cases where the repair would require more time.
